Please, write to, or petition your local space agency to offload excess water to the Moon and Mars. Excess water vapor forms on Earth from hydrocarbon combustion (methane, propane, butane, gasoline, kerosene, jet fuel, etc). Water vapor is also a byproduct of Aerobic Respiration (the Krebs Cycle).

This only means one thing: thousands of new illegals in the U.S. in a week or two.....

I take it we can expect another 200,000 more Mexicans to come here to live now.
